How to Shop with Us

1. So you have found our website and hopefully something you want to buy. 2. Next to the item there is a box with “Quantity “written above it. 3. Click in the blue arrow in the box and choose how many you want to buy. 4. Click on the “ADD” tab. 5. Now a big orange box will appear – if you have finished shopping read on from pointer 7. 6. If you wish to continue shopping choose from one of the categories on the left hand side of the page or type what you are looking for in the “Keyword Search “ box at the top of the page. 7. Now if you are ready to pay the big orange box will still be in the middle of the page. 8. Click on the words “Click here to CONFIRM and PAY”. You will now be asked to check what you have chosen before you buy. If you are happy click on the “MAKE PAYMENT” tab. 9. However if you wish to change it click on the “UPDATE” tab. 10. Now you are ready to input your details. At this point you can still change your order by click the “MODIFY ORDER” tab. 11. Firstly input the delivery details including Name, Contact Number, Address and Postcode. Now click on the “GO TO CHECKOUT” tab. 12. Now you’re being diverted to a secure payment page. Here you choose the type of card you are going to use, for example Visa or Master Card. 13. Here you complete the card details, including, Card Number, Expiry date, Card Holders Name and Security Code (which is found on the signature stripe on the back on the card). 14. The next part is card holders details, if you are having your purchase delivered to work, a neighbour or family member (the address you completed at point 11) you now need to input the address the card is registered at, normally your home address. 15. At this point if any details are incorrect you can change them or cancel the order by clicking the START AGAIN or CANCEL PURCHASE tab. 16. However if you are happy to go ahead and make the purchase click on the MAKE PAYMENT tab. 17. Thank you, you have now ordered. 18. You will receive an email from us confirming your order. 19.
