Next day delivery is only available for W coded goods when ordered before midday & 3-5 days on all other codes. Delivery is not guaranteed within these times due to varying sales volumes so please call if you need specific arrangements made. |

UK delivery charges are stated at the time of order and depend on size of product. If you want us to deliver outside of the UK please call or email first. |

| 5. Returns Procedure: |

If a product is physically delivered to your door it should be inspected with the driver and only accepted if you are satisfied with the goods and their condition. If a product is accepted & is damaged in any way, we will either send a replacement product or items upon confirmation that the damaged items have been returned. Goods can also be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as they are received back to us with full packaging and in a condition where they can be re-sold. Postage costs related to returning the goods will be met at the customers cost with the exception of faulty goods. |

When you place an order via our Internet service you will receive two e-mails. An 'Order Confirmation' from us and a "Thank you you've paid" confirmation email from WorldPay. Please retain both of these. |

As far as is reasonably possible, all products featured on the web site are in stock and available at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to ship any colour of the product ordered. |
